After twenty years of rich experience in the business and personal development worlds Ann Bates developed the Realising Performance Potential consulting methodology. This is the proprietary approach used by Performance Impact. It is based on the best from both the Western and the Eastern cultures. The resulting approach is powerful because it allows us to quickly identify and addresses the key issues, create effective open dialogue, uncover the perceived limitations that are impeding progress and then free the creativity and potential of people in the business.
