Performance Impact personal development methods, technologies and “High Performance Principles” are used throughout Performance Impact programmes and consulting work. Performance Impact developed and owns these personal development methods, technologies and High Performance Principles.

Participants in Performance Impact programmes and the organisations employing the participants in Performance Impact programmes, agree not to share and not to use these Personal Development Methods, technologies and “High Performance Principles” with other groups or individuals outside the scope of work we are undertaking with them, or to use Performance Impact’s Personal Development Methods, technologies and High Performance Principles to design or run programmes within their organisation without the prior written agreement of Performance Impact Ltd.

All enquiries concerning the granting of a licence to use Performance Impact proprietary methods, technologies or High Performance Principles must be made in writing to Ann Bates at Performance Impact Ltd.
