Leadership Coaching
Our Leadership Coaching programme is for Chief Executives,
business leaders, managers and others
in leadership roles. It consists of between fifteen and thirty hours of
face to face coaching planned as two hours every month or every six
weeks plus telephone coaching to be taken as required. The overall programme is designed to support the client in achieving the goals that
they develop during the initial coaching meetings.
Leadership coaching focuses on raising the client’s
personal effectiveness
and on significantly
impacting the results of the business
that they are responsible for in a way that is both material and
measurable. Typically this will require our clients to increase their
capability and confidence in areas such as:

Every
programme is individually designed to allow the client to work on what
is of greatest importance for them. This is achieved by applying our
core coaching framework and selecting the specialised options that are
most relevant so that clients access and sustain a zone of high
performance.
Our clients are able to achieve results that are both a
personal and a commercial break through when they (a) apply their
unique contribution to best effect (b) gain a high level of
support and buy-in from the key stakeholders and (c) they let go of
perceived limitations and restrictive ways of being :
