High Performance Coaching
The Executive & Senior Manager Programme takes place over six or
twelve months. It consists of between fifteen and thirty hours of face
to face coaching planned as two hours every month or every six weeks
plus telephone coaching to be taken as required. The overall programme
is designed to maximise the performance of the client and to support them in
achieving the goals that they develop during the initial coaching
meetings.
Every
programme includes our core coaching framework plus selected specialised
options. We design each programme so that the client can access and
sustain a zone of high performance where they can produce results that
are a breakthrough and a personal accomplishment. These results become
possible when the client can (a) apply their unique contribution to best
effect (b) pursue a path that is a personal choice and (c) they let go
of their perceived limitations and restrictive ways of being.
