        Our Programmes

Typically an individual’s coaching programme will consist of between six and eighteen hours of face-to-face coaching. Each programme will include our core coaching framework and specialist coaching options that are customised to the client’s personal requirements. 

The core coaching framework includes :            

      Establishment of programme objectives
Experience and capability review
Personal feedback
Situation appraisal
Goal setting and strategy planning
Taking action
Dealing with the issues that arise
Ongoing review and support
Goals achieved and programme completed 

Some clients have needs in more than one area of our expertise for example in career, issue resolution and leadership or in projects and high performance. We are able to create a bespoke programme for them that addresses each area, provides access to their full potential and which allows them to produce excellent results. 

Our coaching can also be taken in conjunction with other Performance Impact programmes, for example with our New Leader Fast Start Programme (which significantly reduces the time taken for a new leader to get up to speed) and with our Executive Assessment and Succession Programme. 

Prior to beginning a coaching programme, the scope and duration will be agreed in advance with the client and, where appropriate, also agreed with their corporate sponsor. Where a client wishes to have further coaching beyond their coaching package, this can also be accommodated.
