Our approach
Our clients have specific
goals in their personal and business lives that they want to accomplish
over a three, six or a twelve month period. These goals may be bold and
ground breaking, practical and operational or a mixture of both.
Performance Impact coaching is
a series of focused, one to one conversations between the coach and
their client. Typically each session lasts for two hours. During each
session the client directs the conversation towards an issue, a problem,
something they want to accomplish or to where they want to get a result
that is different from what they have experienced so far.
Our coaches use the Performance Impact,
Realising Performance Potential
coaching methodology to support the client to
achieve their desired results. Our coaches are not prescriptive;
instead, they help the client to see things from a different
perspective, to let go of limiting beliefs and to go beyond where they
would usually stop. Often this involves the client seeing things about a
situation or about themselves that they have never seen before. This new
perspective allows them take new actions and as a result they are able
to produce results that they have never produced before.
The following feedback is
typical of the experience that our clients have with us :
“For ten
years I was a Director in the Professional Services industry. Now I am
embarking on a new career as a doctor. My coach helped me to find the
confidence to pursue this very different career path. She provided an
amazing amount of support and she skilfully guided me though the
challenge of passing several demanding exams and interviews. We were
both delighted when I received offers to study medicine (as a mature
student) from two of the best medical schools in the UK. I am excited
about my future and I truly believe that I would not have had the
confidence to embark upon such big change without the support of my
coach. Performance Impact takes a ‘whole person’ approach and they
operate under an ethos of life coaching and mentoring which this is very
valuable.”
