Ann Bates
Ann
is the founder, Managing Director and Consulting Principal of
Performance Impact. She has a BSc in Geography from Manchester
University, she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
and Development and she has extensive postgraduate training in
Ontology, Organisation Dynamics, Coaching and NLP undertaken in
Europe, India and the USA.
She held leadership and executive roles in
Hewlett Packard, CIGNA and Jones Lang LaSalle,
with the last ten years of her line
career being spent as either European or World (ex USA) HR Director.
Additionally, during a five-year period she led personal development
programmes for an international organisation offering services to
the public.
Ann is an experienced
change leader, programme director and coach. For over twenty years
she has worked with executives, senior leaders and their teams to
significantly impact performance at both the individual and the
company level. She has created and led programmes for the
Professional Services, Financial Services, Property Management,
Technology and Creative sectors in Europe, Asia and the USA.
Based on over twenty years of rich experience in the
business and personal development worlds Ann developed the
Realising Performance Potential consulting
methodology. This is the proprietary approach used by Performance
Impact. It is based on the best from both the Western and the
Eastern cultures. The resulting approach is unique and
powerful because it identifies and addresses the key issues,
creates effective open dialogue,
uncovers the perceived limitations that
are impeding progress and then frees the
creativity and
potential
of people.
The break though
