The Performance Impact being an agent of change professional training is for those wishing to be highly competent at bringing about large scale change in an entire organisation, a substantial part of an organisation, in a complex project or in other strategically important work.

The Performance Impact being an agent of change professional training is a multi-part training that includes professional supervision.

The programme is focused on participants applying what they learn in order to make a substantial, quickly noticeable, sustainable difference on a large scale; on receiving personal feedback on their professional practice and on “modelling” the Performance Impact leadership style, which is highly effective in the challenging environments in which individuals and organisations operate.

Participants will be able to create lasting transformational change that substantially impacts individuals, teams and there wider organisation.

The Performance Impact being an agent of change professional training utilises Performance Impact’s proprietary Realising Performance Potential© consulting approach. When applied to an entire organisation,  a complex project, a social enterprise or other situations requiring substantial or transformational change, our approach creates the conditions for breakthrough results that propel the organisation or the project towards its full potential.

Realising Performance Potential© Licencing

Participants are eligible to be considered for a licence to use the Performance Impact Realising Performance Potential© proprietary methodology as an agent of change when they have:

  • Completed this four-part Being an agent of change professional training
  • Completed sixty hours consulting practice under supervision
  • Demonstrated the skills of a Performance Impact agent of change to a high level of proficiency
